How do I choose the right rope size for my height?
We offer four sizes based on user height. Generally, if you are between 5'4" and 5'9", the Medium size is recommended. Please refer to our detailed sizing guide to ensure the best jumping experience.
What is the difference between the Get Lean and Get Strong sets?
The Get Lean set includes lighter ropes (1/4 lb and 1/2 lb) designed for cardio and fat loss. The Get Strong set features heavier ropes (1 lb and 2 lb) built for muscle activation and strength training.
Can I use my Crossrope on any surface?
To extend the life of your ropes, we recommend jumping on a jump rope mat or smooth indoor surface. Avoid abrasive surfaces like concrete or asphalt, as they will wear down the protective coating faster.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day 'Size it or Return it' guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of delivery.

Are the handles compatible with all rope weights?
Our handles feature a fast-clip system that allows you to swap weights easily. Slim handles are optimized for lighter ropes, while Power handles are designed for the heavier weights, but all ropes within a specific generation are interchangeable.
