Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your jump ropes and handles in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
